**About us**:
The Education Futures Institute (EFI) is a key initiative under the department's Equity and Excellence strategy to empower departmental staff, educators, school and system leaders to build professional expertise through high quality, targeted capability development across their career.

**Your role**:
As the Support Officer, you will be using your administrative and organisational skills to support the functions and activities of the Capability Branch, including the following duties:

- Administrative and support arrangements for capability offerings
- Event booking, travel and catering arrangements
- Monitor and manage branch inboxes and communications
- Support asset management and corporate functions for the branch.

**The ideal applicant will**:

- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and proficiency in Content Manager and MS Teams (exposure to SAP would be beneficial)
- Have outstanding communication and customer service with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- Maintain flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the Branch and team.
