A CJE reports to a Chapter Lead who will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing your craftsmanship. The role of Customer Journey Expert, may also include the responsibility of being a Product Owner within a squad. You'll be part of our large core banking multi-year program with exposure to new technologies and global.
This role requires a strong understanding of data mapping, data migration experience with a background in banking or financial services. You'll have strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as a can do mind set.
**What You'll Do**
- Lead requirements gathering by facilitating workshops and analyse requirements to establish clear stories or functional specifications.
- Document technical requirements.
- Analyze/Identify issues and areas of risk and develops plans to minimize including all financial& non-financial risk.
- Design strategy for products including roadmaps and exit plans.
- Transform vision and data requirements into user stories and understanding documents.
- Partner with the development team to ensure requirements and functionality are being met and proactively identify gaps and issues.
**What we're looking for..**
- Extensive skills and experience as a Business Analyst, including experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing and system integration.
- Experience with SQL server, data mapping and data migration.
- Experience in a customer environment, where the customer needs are at the heart of the proposition development.
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Experience in Agile principles and practices.
