A CJE reports to a Chapter Lead who will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing your craftsmanship. The role of CJE may also include the responsibility of being a Product Owner within a squad. You’ll be part of our large core banking multi-year program with exposure to new technologies and global
This role requires a strong understanding of data mapping, data migration experience with a background in banking or financial services. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as a can do mind set.
**What You’ll Do**
- Business owner of product and services solutions of your squad including the Customer Value Propositions
- Be the main point of contact to monitor and evaluate the marketing effort, products, services, distribution policy and customer contact strategy for the various touch points
- Manage product risks and product requirements relating to the customer, supplier and regulators including all financial& non-financial risk.
- Design strategy for products, channels, promotion, pricing, product and process quality, in keeping with ING’s brand and local and global strategic and regulatory objectives and with a customer perspective as the optimal starting point to create an ideal customer journey.
- Represent the voice of the customer by balancing different requirements from the business (e.g. Financial and market share objectives) and customer needs
**What we’re looking for..**
- Demonstrated depth of experience in the fundamentals of at least one core pillar of CJE i.e. product management, process or channel optimisation Excellent.
- Experience with SQL server, data mapping and data migration.
- Experience in a customer environment, where the customer needs are at the heart of the proposition development.
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data
