The purpose of Business Lending is to make great business loan experiences possible. Provide our customers with simple, industry-leading business lending solutions, quickly, reliably and cost-effectively.

As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.

End to end involvement & responsibility in all aspects of delivery, including but not limited to: requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, solution design, impact assessments, test planning and scripting, implementation, and go-live activities,

Working closely with our key stakeholder in Frontline, Operations, Assurance, Legal and Pricing.

**Role Type**: Permanent, Full-time role

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
**Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas**: Business Implementation, Change Management, Business Analysis, Technology Change, Risk Event Management

Collaborative approach to problem solving with experience in influencing outcomes

Retail banking Frontline/Operational experience preferred but not essential (ideally with previous exposure to Business Lending domain)

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer & banker experiences

Affinity with coaching & empowering others towards the delivery of shared outcomes
