About the role

Here in Technology, we’re looking for a talented Journey Expert to join our Security Advisory and Engineering COE, where our mission is to provide expert security advice and engineering services to support the delivery of best in class, secure banking services. We’re the front door for stakeholders across ANZ who need advice on Security requirements.

The Security Advisory and Engineering - Innovation & Automation squad is responsible in delivering the tools and automation to enable and improve Security Advisory and Engineering COE.

As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for supporting the COE to optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys, improving the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products, or propositions and ensuring those products and solutions are well-managed.

**Role location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

**Role type**: 12-month fixed-term opportunity, Full-time

What will you bring?

**Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas**: Business Implementation, Change Management, Business Analysis

Collaborative approach to problem solving

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer journeys and experiences

Exposure to change and risk management processes;
Experience working in an agile environment, including the use of tools such as Jira and Confluence will be considered favourably, whilst not a pre-requisite;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels;
Can appreciate difficult problems and enjoy getting stuck into the detail but are able to keep an eye on the big picture to keep moving forward.

An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do

Ability to make decisions autonomously and communicate direction, rationale, and outcomes clearly - bring people on the journey
