What will your day look like

As a Journey Expert - Strategy and Marketing in the Business Owners Tribe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective marketing program to drive lending momentum. You will have proven marketing experience, be familiar working with customer and channel insights, and proficient in delivering end-to-end marketing activity that drives results. You will be experienced in working with external agencies, product partners and distribution channels. Key to this role is the ability to leverage customer and product insights to develop best practice marketing activity that will drive lending momentum across all relevant marketing channels.

This role sits within a newly-established squad that will manage product marketing and performance for key Business products. The role requires strong engagement skills and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing activity and ensure a strong return on marketing investment.

The role will work with colleagues to develop a product marketing plan, bring new features and offers to market, and develop campaigns and initiatives to drive growth. Tracking and reporting against set targets is a key aspect of the role, ensuring we are optimising our end-to-end sales funnel for growth and a positive customer experience.

- Sound understanding of integrated marketing communications including media planning + implementation, creative development + production, and 1:1/data driven marketing

Tertiary / post-graduate marketing or business qualification, with relevant marketing experience

Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business

Proven strength in execution in a complex environment - ability to plan/deliver/measure/optimise an effective marketing program of work that aligns and supports broader business and marketing plans

Curious mindset and experience in unpacking the customer journey and leveraging data / insights to optimise the customer experience and drive business results

Agile experience preferred but not a pre-requisite. A growth mindset, resilient nature, and an ability to cope and support others through ambiguity, uncertainty and change at pace
