**A little about the role**
The Client Services Representative Team at DPV provides services to both staff and external clients. The team is often the first point of contact for DPV clients and is committed to providing its services with professionalism, quality and efficiency.
We are recruiting part time (0.66) Client Services Representative to work across a variety DPV Health sites who will ensure service delivery at reception is delivered in a professional, proficient and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV Health.
This position is five days a week Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About you**
Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries. Your ability to adapt to new information technology systems as well as your ability to relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.
