OSHC (Outside School Hour Care) are services for families, children and schools across Victoria. Suitable for children aged from five to 12 years old, we offer both before and after school care and school holiday programs. Many of our programs take place in local primary schools, community centres or recreation centres.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, The Executive Manager - OSHC will be responsible for driving the strategy, new business development and ongoing operational leadership of all OSHC services across financial, process, people and customer objectives. You will focus on relationships both internally and externally providing organisational influence and driving the environment for sector and brand positioning towards our Vision 2025.

This role is for the leadership of our before and after school care programs, school holiday programs and some occasional care, whilst maintaining a key focus on the delivery of best practice services and people management. Responsibilities include:

- Establish and maintain collegiate working relationships with site managers and teams
- Identify critical roles and potential successors, to facilitate smooth succession planning
- Develop and implement annual Business Plan and Budget for OSHC and deliver to the targets
- Lead drive and report on operational performance against regulatory and safety requirements
- Effective management of OSHC budget and operational forecasts

This is a full time role. Officially based at Box Hill, you’ll work across many sites and from home, depending on work priorities. The Remuneration for this role is $169,327.06 (inclusive of super).

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in commercial operations management, ensuring service levels meet agreed KPI’s
- Ability to manage multiple and complex organisation wide projects from start to finish
- Experience in developing strong and balanced mission and commercial outcomes
- Implementing successful change associated with growth and sustainability
- Strong coaching and influencing skills are essential
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (MBA and postgraduate/governance qualifications highly regarded)
