We are seeking a dedicated, bold, and resilient **People Service Officer **to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the broader People Learning & Culture Team (PLC) team. Reporting to the People service Manager, you will provide effective administrative support to People Service Centre, as required.
**Your responsibilities**
- Assist in the guidance, coaching and training of People Service Administration Officers and other PSC Officers.
- Maintain confidential records in an efficient manner.
- Maintain and explain current practice and procedures and follow relevant administrative systems.

- Provide a wide range of administrative assistance to adhoc projects as they arise.
**About you**
- Experience using a CRM.
- Strong customer service ethic with attention to detail, both numeracy and literacy.
- Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.
- Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology including Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
