The Opportunity:
Tasks and Responsibilities include:

- Evaluate clients' needs and set goals.
- Manage services and partner with other agencies.
- Advise clients on resources and rights.
- Lead skill-building and community activities.
- Adjust plans to meet clients' changing needs.
- Keep records in line with policies and laws.
- Work with teams for holistic client care.
- Update skills with professional development.

Essential Criteria:

- Current Police Clearance
- Minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Sound computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and engage effectively with individuals with disabilities, families, and service providers.
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of individuals with disabilities and older people
- An understanding of the NDIS principles, policies and operational guidelines, and familiarity with disability legislation the standards.
- Hold a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Diploma (or higher) or have at least 3 years of recent and relevant work experience in the last 5 years, to substitute a formal qualification.
- Demonstrate a minimum 1 year full-time (or part-time pro-rata) within the last 5 years of work experience in the NDIS care (or similar) sector.

Desirable Criteria (non-essential):

- The salary for this role is set at Level 4 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services award ($82,000 per annum).

Our multidisciplinary and linguistically diverse approach to integrative health services reflects our passion for delivering support, care, and advice through evidence-based complementary medicine therapies.
