As a Partnership Manager, you are responsible for the effective leadership of a team of Portfolio Managers and Business Support Managers towards the achievement of segmented growth objectives for an allocated portfolio of Aggregators and Brokers.

You will play a key role in promoting effective engagement and relationships with Aggregators and Brokers, including the execution of localised partnership activities in line with Retail Broker's strategic direction.

Success will be underpinned by your ability to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve challenging sales and service objectives, including the development and execution of appropriate sales strategies in conjunction with the State Manager.

**Your role will be responsible for**:
Team Leadership

Support relevant team members to develop and execute a proactive 90-day plans, in line with agreed channel standards and by integrating stakeholder participation.

Sales Management

Working in conjunction with the State Manager in the development and execution of appropriate sales strategies and business plans in line with Retail Broker's strategic direction.
Analysing industry and environmental trends and forecasting usage, purchasing behaviour and competitor positioning in inform sales strategies.

Relationship Building
Building and expanding relationships with relevant Aggregators and Brokers to drive business growth in line with Retail Broker's strategic direction.
Proactively developing and maintaining an understanding of relevant Aggregator and Brokers businesses, their future objectives and opportunities to promote ANZ’s proposition.

Aggregator Partnerships

In conjunction with the National Partnerships team, support the development of localised Aggregator engagement plans, including joint measures of success and utilisation of sponsorship entitlements.
Support the development of Aggregator benchmarking through available data and relationship insights, including the identification of key disengaged Brokers for prospecting.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure adherence to ANZ polices, processes and external regulatory requirements as applicable.
Drive responsible lending and manage conduct risk.
