Halle Aux Vins is a dynamic wine distribution company, working with exciting producers from Australia and overseas. We supply to notable restaurants, wine bars, and specialised wine stores, and are now offering an opportunity for an aspiring and motivated sales representative to join our team

This role will suit a highly motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about wine, relishes autonomy and is committed to joining an exciting wine business on its journey through a period of exciting growth

Key Accountabilities:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each producer and product within the portfolio
- Provide excellent service to all customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory
- Proactively maintain a meeting schedule with on-premises and off-premises customers and seek new leads
- Raise brand awareness within the territory
- Maintain territory database in the CRM system
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Conduct premium trade and consumer wine tastings and events

Essential:

- Strong negotiation/communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for wine
- Self-motivated with the ability to structure and organise own work outcomes
- Sales experience in the wine/alcohol industry or commercial hospitality experience
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A full clean Australian driver’s licence

Desired (but not essential):

- Completion of wine education
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Own car
