**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Wine Advisor Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You'll engage with our existing customers over the phone and advise them of the most up-to-date specials which we have on our wines.
- Initiating outbound calls to potential clients from our leads database.
- Presenting compelling product/service demonstrations to showcase value.
- Overcoming objections and effectively closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM system (Salesforce - full training will be provided).
- Collaborating with the sales trainer to strategize and refine sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales is preferred but **not mandatory.**:

- Exceptional communication skills and a persuasive, confident phone presence.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn the Salesforce CRM
