Administration Officer/receptionist

All Aged Care is a quality provider of in-home care services located in Brisbane CBD close to public transport. We are a multi-cultural organisation who pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations which enable clients to remain living independently in their own homes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team to support reception and administrative team. This is an ideal opportunity for Administrative Assistants looking to expand their skills sets and step into a corporate environment. As a key part of our head office team you will enjoy building strong relationships with office staff and customers.
**Ideally you will have a sense of humour, patience and a flexible attitude along with**:
- At least 2 year of experience in an Administration/Receptionist role.
- Experience with customer service.
- Professional phone etiquette
- High level of communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize own work load with mínimal supervision.
- High attention to details and accuracy.
- You will need to be a permanent Australian resident, have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). An ability to speak another language will be highly regarded.
- Administration experience in Aged Care based organisation would be highly regarded.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
