Asahi Beverages is currently looking to hire a highly motivated, best in class Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Centre team** **based in **Southbank, Melbourne**
If you’re a problem-solving detective with a keen eye for detail this is the role for you
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
- Take ownership to deliver a positive experience well beyond customer expectations
- Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers and stakeholders
- Strive for first call resolution and positive customer feedback
- Respond to any queries that come through the telephone and/or online live chat function
**About you**
You are ambitious, curious and seeking a rewarding and impactful career that continuously challenges you
- You have high attention to detail and accuracy with active listening skills.
- You are always up for a challenge and love problem solving with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Your telephone etiquette is second to none with exceptional customer interaction skills.
- You’re tech-savvy and a fast learner capable of working across different systems including SAP, Salesforce & PCP.
- Experience in an inbound customer service role (not essential but desirable)
