**Local Government Authority based in Eastern suburbs of Melbourne**:

- **Ongoing permanent role, working on marketing collateral**:

- **Working 21 hours per week, flexible on days | Hybrid working**

Reporting to the Coordinator of Marketing & Communications, this role will support marketing & communications activities across the organisation ensuring they are delivered to a high standard. This position will assist with branding and development of marketing collateral. The role will be part of a terrific, community-based organisation that provides services to the public across the Eastern suburbs.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the development of efficient promotional activities such as the local "What's on Guide"
- Design and produce materials using Adobe Indesign including effective marketing and promotional materials and signage
- Liaise with external printers and provide them with print ready documents
- Contribute to the maintenance of the library webpage and intranet content
- Work across various community events, assisting with organising end to end
- Contribute to social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Undertake administrative tasks from time to time - printing, copying and laminating
- Assist with quotation process for external print jobs from time to time
- Demonstrated experience within Marketing & Communications developing promotional materials
- Knowledge and experience in Adobe Indesign
- Knowledge and experience with digital and print design layout
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and deal with competing priorities
