- Previous experience using SAP and Zendesk
**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Accurately and efficiently processing customer enquiries and orders.
- Updating our system of record (Zendesk) while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Tracking orders and liaising with stakeholders to deliver on agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge to ensure service levels are met daily.
**And to be successful you’ll need**:
- Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment (preferred healthcare sector but not essential
- Experience using ERP software, SAP essential and experience in Zendesk is desirable.
- Proven experience working in a deadline driven environment.
