About the role
The People Support Team is the central point of contact for Lifeblood’s People & Culture support. This role will provide specialist support and advice to employees and managers in relation to People related processes and systems.
The People Support Specialist will participate in the approval of workflow transactions to ensure adherence of the end-to-end processes, including the creation and return of employee variation letters and employment contracts.
The People Support Specialist will proactively collaborate and initiate continuous improvement across the complete employee life cycle which includes processes and systems. In addition, they will regularly partner with internal customers to identify ways to enhance line manager and employee experience through day-to-day service delivery.

Strong and detail knowledge of the complete HR life-cycle processes and procedures
Experience in supporting HR and Payroll services in the current and future operating models
Detailed understanding of organisational HR policies and governance, i.e. risk management, data protection, etc.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy across Microsoft products, including SharePoint
Good analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to work with multiple data sets for analytics and insights
Proven ability to identify, assess and resolve problems
High attention to detail to support ongoing user acceptance & system testing
Strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively across the division and the organisation as a whole
Continuous learning, upskilling and cross-skilling with self and team in mind
Continuous improvement and innovation focused (initiate, lead and deliver)
Experience across other HR and Payroll systems with a preference to SAP Success Factors or CHRIS21 would be highly regarded
