**You’ll be involved in**:

- Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded, and valued.
- Support managers with onboarding of new employees, ensuring new starters are set up for success.
- Stay up to date with the recruitment, induction and training requirements for the business unit/s and support any talent acquisition strategies for the business unit.
- Actively lead by example, championing people and culture across the business unit/s, ensuring that people and culture impacts are considered as part of every decision.
- Coaching and developing line managers particularly in relation to activities across the employee lifecycle from onboarding, goal setting, development planning, performance reviews, talent management and employee exiting.
- Partner with managers to execute the culture and engagement survey, and work with them on corrective action plans in response to the results.
- Prepare monthly performance report for your business unit/s; identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Make recommendations on corrective actions/ initiatives to management with regards to improving / addressing areas of concern.
- Work closely with the Regional People & Culture Manager to support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the P&C policies and procedures, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and controls are in place to manage risk.

**The boxes you'll tick**:

- Bachelor of Human Resources or related discipline is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar human resources role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment
- Strong computer literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
