**YOUR ROLE**
We have a full-time permanent opportunity to become a key member of our CGU Workers Compensation & Liability Services Team based in West Perth. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative service and support to the Long Tail Claims Business Unit and its customers, to ensure high service levels are delivered and maintained.
Your daily tasks include but not restricted to such as Business Accounts, Catering, Workcover Claim Forms, Taxis, couriers, Printers & Office Equipment, Building maintenance. Also receive any incoming calls and redirect, transfer and/or assist when possible to customers’ needs whilst adhering to the CGU Claim Service Standards.
Please note: To work from home, you will need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Strong and consistent data management skills
- Strong customer focus including well developed customer service skills
- High level of communication (verbal & written) in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop successful working relationships with stakeholders and other team members.
- Good attention to detail
- HSC or equivalent.
