**What is unique about you?**:
As a seasoned and exceptionally versatile C-Suite Executive Assistant, your breadth of experience across all business divisions enables you to be the facilitator and executive business partner to this high achieving and passionate CEO with multiple business entities. Your keen understanding of financial, operational and SLT activity, allows you to keep a constant pulse on business projects whilst ensuring the seamless coordination of future growth and strategic goals. Ideally with ASX experience under your belt & involvement in startup or small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) you hold insight into the working environment both early stage and large corporation dynamics. Your diverse background and expertise as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager or Business Manager in these settings align seamlessly with the CEO’s immediate needs, ongoing strategies, and future endeavours.

As someone accustomed to being the central connection point in business operations, a trusted right-hand partner facilitating cross-functional support, your communication skills are critical. Your adeptness at swiftly discerning and extracting real-time information in dynamic environments is where you thrive. Due to the evolving nature of this role, supporting a CEO who is highly vibrant and a proactive achiever, you understand the need to be a sounding board & confidant, empowering and translating ideas into action. This role will have ambiguity, where you will be trusted to drive projects and operations acting as a true business partner and member of the SLT team. This is an in-office position due to the hands-on approach of the business, walk and talks with this CEO aren’t uncommon With an insight on all evolving, key critical projects across multiple businesses within the umbrella of this corporate group, you can confidently step into this Executive Business Partner position. **A snapshot of your role**:

- Be a master of driving the CEO’s calendar, verbally communicating commitments, controlling real time priority shifts, and coordinating extensive, competing external & internal stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate, attend, document, and follow up on Senior Leadership Team (SLT), committee, and Board meetings, effectively addressing and resolving obstacles and challenges, while overseeing the delivery of project team objectives
- Extensive involvement in project management across internal and external operations, proficient in financial oversight including mergers & acquisitions, adept at facilitating investor meetings for new ventures, and experienced in managing aspects required by the People & Culture team and future business growth
- Traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities encompass managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, drafting and reviewing documentation, curating presentations and reports, and facilitating research tasks
- A strategic supporter, advisor, sounding board and confidant to a passionate, dynamic and committed CEO
