**Tell me about the position?**

In this highly engaging & diverse role you will provide full support to our CEO, proactively managing dairies & travel schedules, designing and producing complex documents/ reports/ presentations, collecting and preparing information for both internal & external stakeholder meetings, assisting with Board reporting & process to ensure our CEO is sufficiently supported in the role.

This is an initial 9 month contract role with possible extension covering a parental leave period. A handover will be provided.

**Tell me what you're looking for?**
- Experience supporting at an Executive or CEO level
- Experience supporting at a leadership level within an ASX listed organisation (preferred but not essential)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft suite, Outlook & Adobe programs
- Exposure at a Broad level & ability to navigate this (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a highly diverse and rapid pace environment in order to meet that demands of a growing and fast-paced media/ tech organisation
- Exceptional organisational skills & high attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder demands
- An adaptive work style to successfully support at an Executive level with the ability to take direction whilst also implementing your own ideas and using your initiative
- A calm disposition and ability to remain cool under pressure
- A strong team player mentality, we're close knit at oOh with collaboration and inclusion pivotal to our success
- A growth mindset and curiosity/ willingness to learn
- A strong EQ and effective communication style, professionalism & confidentiality that suits all levels of the business
