**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO/Managing Director and manage their correspondence, scheduling, and appointments.
- Manage the CEO/Managing Director's travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for business trips.
- Maintain the CEO/Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO/Managing Director in decision-making.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Manage the CEO/Managing Director's expenses and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Be willing to relocate as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant for a CEO or Managing Director.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be willing to relocate.
