**How will I help?**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Project management and delivery of GM talent program Horizon
- Management and execution of talent and leadership 360 assessment and surveys
- Support GM onboarding and executive recruitment processes and activities
- Support Talent & Leadership initiatives such as GM of the Year award, Elevate Program, Succession planning
- Manage vendor processes for 360 assessments and tools
- Provide comprehensive executive talent and leadership support on all key activities across and the execution of strategic programs.
- Manage and track progress on key talent & leadership programs, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and identifying any risks or issues impacting program outcomes.

**What do I need?**
- Understanding of the business and strong senior stakeholder relationships
- Track record in talent management and project management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
