You'll be a part of our Talent Acquisition team based in Sydney. Your role will be focussed on supporting the Experienced Hires Team and playing a key role in the recruitment lifecycle at Allens
As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will:
- Manage end to end recruitment for selected practice groups-
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders- Contribute to strategic resourcing projects, including unique attraction campaigns- Manage job adverts and posting to relevant sites, such as Allens Careers, LinkedIn, and SEEK- Complete phone screens and reference checks- Build market maps for proactive recruitmentThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
About you
You will have:
- Experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment team, either in-house or with a recruitment agency- An understanding of end to end recruitment and recruitment processes- Direct sourcing abilities using social media, talent pooling and online tools- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and co-ordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment- Strong communication and influencing skills- Administrative recruitment experience- A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
We use Workday Experience with the system is not essential, but would be an added bonus.
