**YOUR ROLE**

Step into this unique role within Executive Talent. You will manage succession and critical roles identification, assessment and differentiated development that enables IAG to deliver on its strategy, cultural aspirations and to ensure we are future ready.

You will Manage the Executive Talent portfolio of work, including the end-to-end design and deployment of the framework and infrastructure, Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Senior Leader Transition, associated budget, and continuous improvement with a Risk and Quality lens.

This role will provide you the opportunity of engaging with and supporting the Group Executive and Executive General Managers to strengthen talent pipelines and deploy targeted development.

Critical to your success in this role is the ability to drive things independently, work comfortably with complexity, be flexible and adjust priorities where necessary, work collaboratively with a broader team and use own initiative.

This role is a permanent role and can be based in any major city across Australia or New Zealand.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Commercially minded, proven analytical skills and ability to think broadly to develop solutions.
- Demonstrated senior experience in leading and advising organisations on their talent and leadership development strategies preferably in a complex organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence to outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills
- Experience working in Learning & Development
- Tertiary qualification/s in OD, Education, Adult Learning, HR, Org psych,
