**Main Responsibilities, Key points about this role**:

- Supporting 4 sites (virtually) based in the Erskine Park office, leading a team of 12
- True leader and collaborator who can work well with a fantastic and engaged team
- Tech savvy skillset with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Manage people’s information and communication
- be able to have tough conversations
- Work to set KPIs
- Ability to support the team by getting on the tools when required

Due to the nature of this role, we require someone to be office based, Mon-Fri 730am-330pm (no WFH opportunity)

**To be considered for this role, we need from you**:

- Experience in Team lead position in a customer service environment of minimum 10 direct reports
- Team player attitude with strong focus around keeping a team engaged and being a hands on leader
- Tech savvy
- Proactive individual with a safety mindset
- Reporting, meetings and driving cross functional engagement
- Interest in career development/growth with Stramit and Fletcher Building
