Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead

**Do work that matters**

As a leader in our Talent Acquisition team, you will employ agile methodologies to plan, design, and execute critical strategic talent acquisition projects that create value aligned with the priorities of our Group, HR, and Talent Acquisition functions. You will play an essential role in forecasting recruitment demand, developing talent acquisition strategies in alignment with strategic workforce plans, and providing insights and recommendations to achieve our ambitious objectives.
