In this role you will use a human centred approach to attract and onboard people in line with business operational and strategic goals. You will also guide, lead and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, who partner with the business under the overarching philosophy of finding the right people for the right role.

**Other key result areas in this role include**:
Partnering with the business to deliver recruitment in line with the desired inclusive culture.
Leading major recruitment projects and initiatives, creating attraction strategies and campaigns.
Providing guidance to the P&C team and broader business around sourcing strategies, best practice and systems utilization.
