Sales Representative - Contact Centre
- $58K + up to10% of base salary OTE + Super
- **No cold calling required**:

- Monday to Friday rotating shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm (and 8am - 7pm during daylight savings)

**About the Sales Rep Superhero role**
- Be the smiling voice as a first point of contact for all sales enquiries from potential and/or existing customers
- Providing PassportCard’s insurance products to travellers, binding policies and growing our customer database - with the best product on the market - we pay out claims in real-time, so we are there when they need it the most
- Promoting the company ethos by providing an outstanding customer experience
- Become a product expert and help people feel safe when traveling
- Work as part of a high functioning and multi-skilled team and celebrating each other's successes
- Meet KPI's and adhere to PassportCard’s guidelines, procedures and quality standards
- Upsell & cross-sell optional covers to facilitate customer’s needs & generate higher revenue
- Liaise with the Medical Assessors team regarding pre-existing conditions

**About you**

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous sales experience as a contact centre agent or transferable skills
- Target-oriented and a proven examples and track record of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs in sales and maintaining a positive experience for the customer
- Taking inbound calls and leads and confidently communicate with a diverse groups of people
- A good knowledge and understanding of insurance products and of the Australian travel insurance market is a plus
- A real team player who is serious about their career growth
- Highly motivated, positive and driven attitude to exceed targets and KPIs
- An outstanding customer-centric approach
- Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm
- A mindset which is supportive and allows you to ‘walk in our customer's shoes'
- A reliable and punctual
- Computer savvy and willingness to train and become a product expert

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
