We are on the hunt for a Content Specialist to manage our short-form social media content for our clients (i.e. casual TikToks, Reels, ads). This is a part-time or full-time WFH role. Your day-to-day includes managing the editing/creator team, ideating for clients and working closely with the founder to support the agency's growth. You may also be travelling across different Melbourne locations to guide shoots behind the camera, so a driver's licence is a plus.

**Your day-to-day includes**:

- Coming up with video ideas (you know what hooks viewers beyond just trends).
- Collaborating with the founder to bounce, approve video ideas + deliverables.
- Collaborating with the editing team to give revisions + approvals.
- Ensure briefs are accurately executed and deliverables are ready prior to deadline.
- Assist the editing team with filming and editing casual short-form video content (i.e. TikToks, Reels, ads) using CapCut Pro.
- Scheduling, planning and sourcing props for shoot days.
- Guiding our creator/models on what to do/say on shoot days.
- Revising content where needed as requested by our founder and clients.
- Assist the founder in supporting the agency's growth via client management.
- Can come up with original content ideas that gets 10k+ organic views i.e. beyond just 'trends'.
- Has created at least a few videos that have gone viral in the past.
- Knows a clear difference between organic vs paid ads performance.
- 3+ years of short-form content creation experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Accountable; you take the results of your work seriously.
- Punctual; you never miss a deadline.
- Team player; you’ll be collaborating with the founder, creators, editors and clients.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
