Our client is a full-service Property Wealth Planning business. They help everyday Australians build successful residential property portfolios through a range of products and services.

**About You**

You’re obsessed with social and content, constantly scouring the internet/industry for trends, innovations and opportunities that can help to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

With a strong creative lens, you know how to execute engaging content made for both organic and paid advertising to achieve the right results.

You’re a specialist with a few years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, forever-changing environment and is hands-on with the production of all things content including but not limited to drafting ad scripts, video shoots, design, editing and more.

You’ll also be involved with regular marketing activities such as database marketing and campaign management.

With great relationship building qualities - as well as a hunger and passion for social media, you’ll be working with a small, but highly collaborative team to deliver best-in-class content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly industry/competitor analysis of advertising and social media activity, while also highlighting any trends the business should capitalise on
- Develop ad content angles based on trending topics and assist with script creation
- Develop storyboards, manage and execute ad content production (filming, staging, shooting etc.)
- Execute all post-production works in line with proposed storyboards (editing, exporting etc.)
- Draft, prepare and distribute database marketing on a weekly basis that is inline with what is trending most
- Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, content creatives, scheduling and driving organic growth
- Write and develop blog posts in alignment with SEO strategy
- Draft and create new lead magnets (i.e. eBooks, video series etc) as needed

**Required Experience**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Graphic Design, Media Studies or related field
- 3+ years experience within relevant field
- Exceptional communication/writing skills for script writing, blog posts, campaigns etc.
- Experience with paid advertisement creation, production and video editing, particularly Facebook and Youtube
- Experience with social media management, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Strategic thinking
- Attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Works well under pressure and can adhere to strict deadlines
- Methodical and organised

**Preferred But Not Essential Attributes**:

- Experience in real estate/developments/Finance
- Sound understanding of SEO and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere

**Salary**: $95,000.00 per year
