About Our Client

The client is a leading Aussie eye-wear label that was established in 2003. They specialise in high performance outdoor eye-wear, ranging from polarised sunglasses to motorcycle goggles.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to create innovative concepts that align with our marketing guidelines and social media strategy, leading to the development of our social media content calendar.

  • Generate and plan video content (including scripting and storyboarding) that effectively conveys our core brand message and brings the agreed-upon creative concepts to life across all social platforms, both paid and internal.

  • Produce, edit, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta.

  • Capture high-quality footage using professional video equipment, audio, and lighting that adheres to our brand guidelines.

  • Incorporate current trends into our filming schedule to stay relevant.

  • Organise the filming schedule methodically throughout the week and month to meet the requirements of the social media content calendar efficiently and within deadlines.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our video content.

  • Create engaging content for paid advertising on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) that reflects our brand voice and aesthetics.

  • Build relationships and engage with our community, including influencers and partners.

  • Possess strong communication skills and enjoy being in front of the camera to promote our brand.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

  • You love storytelling and have the talent to turn everyday experiences into captivating narratives that engage social media audiences.

Content Creation Expertise:

  • You have a solid background in creating and curating relevant, trend-focused content, especially for TikTok and YouTube.

Social Media Pro:

  • You have proven experience in managing social media platforms and a deep understanding of how to grow and engage audiences effectively.

  • You can analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.

Creative and Organised:

  • You bring innovative ideas and creativity, combined with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while taking the initiative.
