- Daily support, communication and service for distributor customer service, supply chain and sales functions
- Placement of distributor orders on overseas plants
- Responsive order management support including order entry, expediting and shipment information and proactive follow up on distributor ETA reports
- Proactive communication of supply chain issues and provision of alternatives to enable customer satisfaction
- Manage consignment stock

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Exposure to Sales or Supply Chain/Logistics
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- MFGPRO system knowledge well regarded but not essential
