**Your new role**
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to reinforce a safety-first culture.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of a fit for purpose Safety Management System (Safety Suite).
- Partner with the business to improve our risk awareness and develop safe work practices.
- Manage incident investigations, following up findings to prevent reoccurrence and mitigate potential risk.
- Create and report on Health & Safety metrics to inform senior management on agency trends and risks, including COVID-19 impact.
- Project manage the development and delivery of initiatives that focus on enhancing employee health and wellbeing.
- Prepare correspondence and briefs, that are informative and aligned with our agency safety requirements.
- Support the agency during disasters and recovery efforts.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in occupational health or equivalent in a relevant field
- Knowledge in WHS legislation
- Ability and willingness to travel within NSW

**What you'll get in return**
- 12 months fix term contract

- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders with often competing priorities.
