**The Role**
As a WHS Advisor, you will directly report to our Head of Safety and will be called on to advise, assist and consult clients in relation to WHS matters, combining technical WHS knowledge and expertise with a strong customer service focus to deliver a favourable experience to our clients.

The day-to-day of this role involves:

- Conducting face-to-face onsite and desktop WHS compliance audits
- Prepare and deliver WHS audit reports and action plans
- Tailoring our Safety WHS Handbook for clients
- Review and amendment of various client WHS documentation
- Assisting client with the establishment of their own WHS management systems including the use of Citation Safety’s Cloud WHS Module
- Providing WHS training and advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Undertaking and supervising WHS case management activities for enterprise clients
- Able to undertake some travel to clients sites

**Skills & Experience**
- Formal qualifications in WHS (or in the final stages of completing relevant studies), specifically Certificate IV in WHS is essential
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislative framework
- Superior client relationship management and account management skills
- Professional report writing and written skills
- Strong planning and practical risk management skills
- Previous experience in a WHS advisory or consultancy role will be key to success in this role
- Experience in supervising a small team of professionals would be highly regarded
- Ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your own professional development
- Ability to manage a high workload in a fast paced environment
- Positively contribute to the values and culture of Citation Safety
