We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our growing team.

Based in Greensborough this role is responsible for processing fortnightly payroll and responding to employee and manager queries relating to payroll.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support, guidance and advice for employees and managers on payroll related matters and complying with relevant awards and legislation.
- Payroll processing of a fortnightly basis for approximately 400 permanent and casual staff across the business
- Processing of Superannuation and Portable Long Service Leave payments each quarter
- On-boarding of new starters and ensuring employment checks are completed
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Ensure employee files are monitored and updated

Experience
- Experience with MYOB, Team Software or other payroll/time and attendance platforms is essential
- Experience in end to end payroll processing high volumes payrolls
- Comprehensive understanding of Modern awards - Cleaning Industry award preferred

**Qualifications**:
A degree, diploma or certificate in Business, Human Resources or Finance is highly desirable
