**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our **Finance Operations team** as the **Expense Management Process Owner** with the flexibility to be located in **Port Kembla NSW or Mt Waverley VIC.** Our team is part of the recently formed Finance Operations and Transformation team and our ambition is to be a trusted business partner delivering exceptional finance services and digital solutions that drives performance and growth.

In this newly created role, you will be the face of expense management - you will manage and maintain the Expense Management system SAP Concur, ensuring coordination across our global business. Critically, this role creates the capacity to better support our operations with the mandate to enhance and optimise the system.

This role offers a variety of work, an opportunity to work with our global teams, and scope to shape the role and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will receive an attractive salary including 14% superannuation and a profit share plan (annual bonus). Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, and the potential to work flexible hours is also an option - speak to us about your needs.

**What Will You Do?**

Working closely with our finance business teams including upskilling them in the use of our fit-for-purpose tools, you will:

- be responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing the tool and associated processes such as system configuration, user support, training, and reporting
- be the escalation point for the global administrators including issue resolution, projects, and system implementations
- lead and coordinate system upgrades, improvement projects, audit requirements, and policy and process reviews
- build and maintain relationships with suppliers and influence the associated commercial agreements

- proven knowledge of expense management processes and best practices
- proficiency in configuring and maintaining system settings to align with the needs of the business
- ability to drive process improvement and/or project management experience
- ability to partner and collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams throughout our business
- sound problem solving and troubleshooting skills to assist users and resolve systems issues effectively
- ability to partner with IT teams to manage systems integration issues to resolution
