Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our Port Kembla Manufacturing facility. As part of our Australian Steel Products portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the production process at our six major manufacturing sites.
In this role, you will oversee the control room environment and ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality steel slabs. You will work closely with our Slabmaking process team to turn iron into steel slabs for domestic and international customers.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications in engineering, materials science, or a related field. You will also require strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Location
">This role is based in Port Kembla, New South Wales, Australia. You will be required to work a 4 on/4 off, 12-hour day and night shift roster.
