We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at BlueScope's Port Kembla Manufacturing facility. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a leading role in the control room environment and assist in the production of our world-class products.

As a Process Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the processing plant and equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality steel slabs. You will utilize your technical focus to investigate and resolve plant and process faults, improving work and safety standards, and environmental systems by developing new practices and procedures.

You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring steelmaking schedules to suit customers and plant conditions, as well as coordinating the movement of hot metal from the Blast Furnace to the Basic Oxygen Steelmaking (BOS) unit.
