**About the job**:
Kent are seeking an experience Procurement Administrator to support our projects across Australia in terms of sourcing, procurement and maintaining procurement systems.

**The responsibilities will include**:

- Be the super-user for the Procurement System
- Assist and co-ordinate all material requirements and raise material requisitions
- Research information on materials & equipment, estimate costs and analyse usage
- Maintain records of supplier/sub-contractor and their performance and compliance
- Maintain records of contract/purchase order delivery schedules
- Maintain accounts & delivery records of purchased items
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager when required

**Skills & Core Competencies**:

- Exceptional Microsoft office skills, particularly MS excel.
- Proven ability in accepting direction and completing assigned work accurately and on time.
- Strong organisational skills are required.
- Effective time management skills and excellent attention to details
- Team player with a willing to learn attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solving, adapt to change, accuracy and commitment to quality of services.
