The Administration Officer is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and operational support services associated with the day-to-day operations of the Procurement and Contract Management Group. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and juggle priorities. As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our agency's procurement processes.
Flexible work arrangements are available on request.

**The essential requirements for this role are**:

- Previous experience providing executive and administration support to senior management, including financial processing, database management, inbox management and document/report creation and formatting. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including senior/executive level managers on sensitive and confidential issues. Ability to work both in a team and autonomously and use initiative in the absence of decision-makers to establish work priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional organisational skills and the demonstrated ability to work under direction to meet objectives within tight timeframes while managing multiple tasks concurrently, often in an environment of competing priorities. High level of IT competence, a good understanding of IT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a busy, fast paced environment
