**About the Role**
The Sales and Customer Service Representative role will sit in our
**South Melbourne Hub** and is responsible for delivering best in a class customer service, as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle. Operationally, this role will be providing on the ground support for our customers, along with
**What You’ll Bring**:
- You’ll have excellent customer service skills (2+yrs experience is perfect).
- Our strongest bonds are built face-to-face, so you'll be happy with an onsite based role, **joining our team in South Melbourne**:
- You are tech savvy and have ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- You can handle difficult conversations with empathy and resilience.
- You’ll be experienced in successfully building relationships with a client base.
- Being a scale up business, no two days are the same. We all have to roll up our sleeves and be involved, so, being a team player is a must
- Your role has a big impact and you’ll be dealing with contracts and updating computer systems, therefore attention to detail is pivotal.
- Ability to persuasively present products, understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
- Open Australian Driver’s license
