This is an amazing opportunity for a qualified People & Cultural Advisor to bring their experience and join a forward thinking nationwide travel group.

**_The Role_**

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture you will assist with developing campaigns delivering on the business strategies as well as work closely with employees across all levels and functions within the group.

Your varied day will include:

- Assist the team in the development of an internal communications strategy that outlines how to increase CG employee engagement;
- Assist the team with ensuring P&C organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to all employees and stakeholders, including the Reward & Recognition Program (OSIE Awards), New Starter announcements, employee wellness surveys etc.
- Assist in the management of the Employee Wellness Program by sourcing/liaising with providers and developing an internal communication plan; Assist with the creation of the internal Newsletter
- Develop and implement efficient and effective workflows for P&C projects both manually and digitally;
- Assist with development of a strategy around P&C’s use of digital platforms and assist in creating content for Linkedin, Employment Hero, Group websites with intention of positioning the Company as an employer of choice;
- Assist the team in the writing of Policies and procedures for use internally and externally;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current policies, legislation, services, systems, and projects to ensure provision of superior service and maximisation of employee engagement;
- Attend webinars, conferences, supplier meetings and other educational programmes

- Demonstrable alignment with company values
- Previous experience in maintaining data;
- Ability to liaise with a diverse range of people, stakeholders and clients;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Creative and solutions focused mindset;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills;
- Basic design skills in digital platforms such as Canva;
- Good understanding of Social Media within marketing context;
