**THE ROLE**

The People & Culture Analyst at CCEP plays a crucial role in the collection, maintenance, reporting and analysing of People Data. With a strong connection to stakeholders within People & Culture, and our broader business teams, the role will look for opportunities to streamline and create efficiencies in our operational reporting service offering. A People & Culture analyst will build knowledge of core People & Culture processes, be able to offer advice on the best ways to collect, maintain and analyse data from P&C processes.

Forming part of the People & Culture - Workforce Intelligence team, the role will also support routine reporting, insights, and analytics generation as part of the WFI routines.

- API People & Culture (P&C)
- Business Process and Technology (BPT)
- People Services (PS)
- Digital Demand & Experience (DDEX)

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Perform routine data quality assessment across core P&C data
- Partner with, and support, People & Culture Operations teams in the delivery of mass data change, with strong data quality principles applied.
- Maintaining and administering self-service reports in the SuccessFactors suite
- Coordinate and support routine data collection, cleansing and submission for global, regional and local reporting and analytics requirements.
- Partner closely with other team members within Workforce Intelligence in gathering reporting and analytics requirements for new requests.
- Support ongoing maintenance related to core P&C dashboards hosted on P&C Tableau Server
- Proactively manage, and identify, data quality concerns with appropriate teams to ensure operational impacts are minimised.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Strong MS Excel skills - understanding of formulas and workbook hygiene processes
- Some experience in navigating and managing complex data sets and systems
- Experience with analytical and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau ideal
- Demonstrates commitment to delivery - on time in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Sound business analysis skills, demonstrated by experience
- Some exposure to P&C processes and how P&C data is administered
- understanding of P&C Data within core P&C systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate and influence internal Stakeholders, including different countries and cultures.
- Effective organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to manage a range of concurrent tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- A strong focus on prioritising work based on business value, impact and urgency
