**The Company**:
A leading National Association based in Sydney CBD are looking for a Events Administrator to join their team permanently. This Association are not for profit and have a large membership base right across Australia.
**The Role**:
We’re currently looking for a Sydney-based
Key Responsibilities include;
- Setting up events on iMIS (our CRM and events system).
- Registration administration
- Preparation of event collateral and materials including badges, PowerPoint decks, brochures, banners, flags and media walls
- Website/event site administration
- Onsite event assistance
- Assist National Events Team with EDM’s
- Assist Event Coordinators with invoicing and payment processing for attendees
- General Office duties
Your will be an Events Administrator looking for a challenging new role. You will have experience working for a Chamber, Association, corporate, NFP or PCO agency.
- Event administration experience including on-site event assistance.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM’s and data entry. Adobe InDesign and event management software desirable (IMIS)
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, cope well under pressure and follow direction.
