During the first four weeks, you will be required to attend the Brisbane CBD office for training sessions, meet with your manager and colleagues, learn company policies and procedures, and become familiar with your job responsibilities. This initial period is often crucial for setting expectations and establishing a strong foundation for the employee's success in their role.

After the initial training period, you will be given the option to work on a hybrid roster. This means you will have the flexibility to work remotely for a certain number of days per week, while still being required to work in the Brisbane office for a set amount of time. **About the Role**

This is a call centre based role, you will make outbound sales phone calls to Accor hotels' previous guests, all leads are provided. This is a unique opportunity for you to build relationships with your customers and build your own database so you can renew their membership each year.

No previous sales experience required You will be **fully supported** on your journey with an extensive, paid in-house training program, plus ongoing training and coaching from our supportive managers.
