We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping to establish and grow our brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, in line with company standards and expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, shrinkage, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Assist the Store Manager in completing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Attend regular store meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay informed and up-to-date on company initiatives.
  • Utilize our sales process to maintain high service standards and drive sales growth.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including our Non-negotiable Standards and Staff Presentation Policy.
  • Ensure accurate completion of company paperwork and handle cash register variances and stock transfers efficiently.
  • Maintain store equipment, fixtures, and fittings to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and maintain company merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Follow stock transfer procedures and adhere to company security policies.
  • Rotate front racks daily and conduct weekly store re-merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Promote and represent our brands positively across Australia, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Contribute to company growth and opportunities for team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a women's retail environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships, with a strong passion for fashion and customer service.
