Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for social and affordable housing? Are you interested in shaping and implementing policies and reform projects that will have a lasting impact on the recipients of social housing supports and services?

Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager (internally known as Principal Project Officer) within the Policy and Innovation Division.
As a Project Manager, you will develop and maintain partnerships with the Community Housing and Aboriginal Community Housing sectors to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.

**About You**
By joining our team, you will bring your drive, energy, passion and professional expertise to work on key projects, initiatives and reforms that will have a lasting impact on the recipients of social housing and support services.
Relationship management and stakeholder engagement is paramount in our day-to-day efforts, and you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with extensive research, analysis and project delivery skills to join a dedicated and highly regarded team together with significant opportunity to make a difference for the people of NSW.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The role may involve travel both locally and regionally, including overnight travel, as required by the business and/or directed.
