**Project Officer**

**About the Role**

The Project Officer role is responsible for performing research, analysis and conducting evaluation activities for a range of programs and projects in the gambling treatment and support service system. The Project Officer role is part of a small team and interacts with many stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver programs and projects within the Office of Responsible Gambling. The role is responsible for a range of activities including research, analysis, conducting evaluations, and contributing to project support, contract and stakeholder management, and project governance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the delivery of gambling treatment and support services in NSW.

**About You**
- You will have a strategic understanding and background in working with community organisations and not-for-profits.
- You will have experience in preparing and maintaining project and program documentation and sourcing and collating information for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.
- You will have strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder and vendor management, establishing and maintaining relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.
- You will have experience conducting research, analysis and drafting business cases to support program decisions or policies.
- You will have experience evaluating programs and projects.

**It is essential that you have**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience.
